Introduction:
In booking a tour holiday through Real Mexico
Adventure Tours (RMAT) you become party to a contract with us. It is
your responsibility to read the following Terms of Service carefully and to
fully understand the implications as they pertain to you. It is also important
that you know what our responsibilities are to you; what we promise to
do; and what you undertake on your part. Basically, our responsibility is
to provide you with the tour as advertised under these Terms & Conditions, and
your responsibility is to pay the full price of your selected tour and accept
the stated conditions. The Terms of Service set forth in this web site
are part of your contract with RMAT Please ensure you read and fully
understand them before booking your RMAT tour.
Pricing Policy:
Real Mexico Adventure Tours sets its prices prior to publication based on our
component costs and anticipated demand. The prices are accurate at the
date of publication on this web site. RMAT is committed to providing
the best possible prices and so will review and, if necessary, adjust the prices of tours throughout the season in accordance with
availability. We pledge that once your tour is booked and paid in full,
the price is fully guaranteed. This price guarantee remains in place
regardless of currency or fuel price fluctuations. Availability on all
tours is limited, so we recommend that you book as far in advance as possible.
Rates quoted are per person, based on double occupancy, and may not apply to
groups or during holiday dates as specified by individual hotels. All
prices advertised are in Canadian Currency. Prices do not include G.S.T.
or P.S.T. (where applicable), airfares, hotels, transportation taxes or airport improvement fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Real Mexico Adventure Tours requires written
notification of cancellation in writing to our mailing address or via electronic
mail. Cancellation charges depend on the length of time before departure
that a written cancellation notice is received. The following cancellation
charges apply: 45 days or more before departure - Full Refund; 44 to
30 days before departure - $150.00 Deposit; 29 to 15 days before departure
- 75% of Fare plus $150.00 deposit; 14 to 0 days before departure - No Refund. A change of dates or reduction of
number of travelers is considered a
cancellation. Credit card travel protection plans may only cover a part of
a cancelled tour. Please consult your credit card company for specific
rules and regulations. Tours advertised as Specials or discounted price
specials are completely non-refundable. If you fail to join a tour or join
it after its departure or leave it prior to its completion, no fare refunds
can be made. RMAT does not own, manage, control or operate any
transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant or other supplier of service in México
and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Cancelled Trips: Real Mexico Adventure Tours reserves the right to
cancel any tour prior to trip departure. Reasons may include, but are not
limited to, unforeseen circumstances associated with operating in a foreign
country, airline problems & cancellations, or insufficient bookings. A
trip cancellation due to insufficient bookings would normally occur at least 30
days prior to trip departure. If we are forced to cancel your booked tour, Real
Mexico Adventure Tours will endeavour to offer an alternative tour. In the
event that certain services are cancelled, Real Mexico Adventure Tours will have
no responsibility beyond the return of all monies received by RMAT, which will be deemed to constitute full settlement.
Payment for Reservations: To hold and confirm your reservation, full payment
is required. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. We
accept Visa and Master Card. Payment can also be make by money order or
certified cheque, but the reservation cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until
payment is processed. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come
first-served basis. Early reservations are recommended. Making a
booking/reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Tour Dismissal Policy
Real Mexico Adventure Tours reserves the right to dismiss tour members who
display disruptive or disorderly conduct. We have initiated this policy to
protect other tour members, who desire to enjoy a non-disruptive holiday.
Reasons for dismissal may include, among other things - harassing other members,
being constantly drunk, making sexually abusive remarks, making racist remarks
about Mexico or it's people, lawbreaking conduct such as stealing, or other
unacceptable behaviours. Upon written notice of dismissal, the disorderly
member will be immediately expelled from the tour and forfeit all moneys paid
for the tour. He or She must immediately leave the tour group's hotel and have
no conduct with other tour members or participate in any pre-planned events.
